The hotel is situated very near to the station Santa Maria Novella, a little distance far from Palazzo dei Congressi and from Fortezza da Basso and at 600 metres from Duomo cathedral.

It is placed on the third floor of a building in Alamanni Street. Built at the beginning of the 20th century and it is divided into 12 rooms with wide bright windows.
